How to make Instant Pot Grape Jelly Meatballs
First, place the inner pot into the Instant Pot. Pour a bottle of barbecue sauce of your choice into the inner pot.
Second, remove the top from the barbecue sauce bottle, and add one (1) cup of water to the bottle.
Next, place the cap on the barbecue sauce bottle and shake it. Then pour the water into the pot with the barbecue sauce.
Third, pour the grape jelly into the pot with the barbecue sauce. Stir the grape jelly and barbecue sauce together. Then pour in the sweet chili sauce, and stir.
Now add the frozen meatballs. Stir all the ingredients together. Make sure to cover the frozen meatballs with the sauce mixture.
Fourth, plug the Instant Pot into the wall socket. Then place the lid on the pressure cooker and make sure it locks. Turn the knob to the sealing position.
Fifth, set the Instant Pot to manual for 5 minutes. Quickly release carefully once the timer goes off.
Last but not least, turn the knob to venting. Once the valve (pin) goes down carefully, open the lid. Stir the meatballs. You could let the meatballs sit for 5 minutes or serve them while hot with toothpicks.
